By becoming a Global Great Hotels client, you become the owner of one or more real estate periods each of 7 nights + 7 additional nights a year, for a 50 years duration. And, most importantly, you are free to choose where and when you want to use your 14, 28 or 42 days' holiday.
You therefore have access to far more benefits than the traditional and old fashioned timeshare system can offer. With Global Great Hotels, you are not limited to one given apartment for a given week in a given resort and even less dependent on a points-based system, the workings of which are a complete mystery. Instead, you have an open occupancy entitlement which gives you the same freedom as the traditional travel agency system. - Submit your periods to exchange organisations and make them available for a use anywhere in the world, just as if you were returning to your home hotel.
- Get rental management assignment. This programme offers you the possibility to assign your periods and allows you to collect additional income.
Please note that you can also invite your family or friends to enjoy your property. To do so you just need to contact our travel agents and make a reservation indicating the names of the people travelling in your place.
